THE THROAT CHAKRA
The throat chakra or vishuddha, which is located in the area of the throat, is the center for communicating your truth to the world. It is about giving voice - or music or sound - to our inner heart and in turn hearing what the world has to reply. The gift of this chakra is accepting your originality, expressing your authentic voice and speaking your truth.
The chakra is the last point of physical processes and the start of our psychic & spiritual elements.
This chakra is supported by the white elephant with 6 trunks and moves freely within the plane of ether and space.
It is at this point that we are encouraged to embrace both our masculine and feminine qualities that sit within us.
When we are able to live fully with this chakra, we are open to higher wisdom, telepathy and will have a deeper connection to our dreams.
This is an area of finer and freer energy. Your ability to digest spiritual is dependent on how open this chakra is.
To work in harmony with this chakra, you are encouraged to speak your truth whatever the cost.
Balancing The Throat Chakra
Do you find yourself to be a people-pleaser. Not able to say No to people and allowing your truth to be undermined so as to not upset anyone? It is time to stand up for your truth. Although it may be awkward, it is a vital step on the path to personal and spiritual empowerment. Use your voice! The bravest leaders have always been able to stand in the truth, regardless of the consequences or outcomes.
Try out this fantastic affirmation : I am open, clear, and honest in my communication. I have a right to speak my truth. I communicate my feelings with ease. I express myself creatively through speech, writing, or art. I have a strong will that lets me resolve my challenges. I nourish my spirit through creativity. I live an authentic life. I have integrity. I love to share my experiences and wisdom. I know when it is time to listen. I express my gratitude towards life. I listen to my body and my feelings to know what my truth is. I take good care of my physical body. I am at peace.
Sit down and meditate on the word Truth and Integrity. What comes up? Do you stand in your power? Allow a beautiful blue to envelope you and see how it feels. Embrace it. This is a very powerful chakra when used with authentic integrity that serves to create balance and harmony in this world.
